Education and the institutions that facilitate it are undeniably intricate and multifaceted. From scaffolding content to addressing bullying and even incorporating mindfulness practices, the landscape of learning is quite dense. It can be quite a challenge for parents, administrators, students, and teachers alike to keep pace with the constant evolution of educational techniques. And now, with the introduction of artificial intelligence, things are moving quite quickly — some would even say at an exponential rate. Well, dear readers of AoA, for I have a small collection of informative articles that shall illuminate these topics and hopefully initiate stimulating conversations (or at the very least provide a framework for them) centered around the pivotal role of students in the world of education.

Selections for this week:

Mindfulness is an Effective Tool to Overcome Cognitive Distortions by Alexandra Piedoux

Harmful Effects of Bullying in Academia for Schools and Students by Chicago Education Advocacy Cooperative

Why Scaffolding is a Complex Process by Egi Ryan Aldino
